Why is OTP disabling/forwarding required?
When we transfer or redeem miles on your behalf, airline systems send a security code to the account holder every time. Without advance OTP access, we cannot execute the transaction, delaying payment and potentially forfeiting the sale.
Your Options
Disable OTP/MFA temporarily
- Most programs allow you to turn MFA off in “Account Security” → “Two‑Factor.”
- Re‑enable it after we confirm the transaction is complete (we’ll notify you).
Set up OTP forwarding
- Add our dedicated number/email as an additional recipient, or
- Configure automatic text/email forwarding.
- Forwarding must remain active until we send “OTP Forwarding No Longer Needed.”
