Third-party handling: The travel request may be handled by a third-party service provider, and no option or quote provided through this service is binding. Prices and rates are subject to change without notice.
Quote processing time: While options are typically presented promptly, please note that processing a quote can take up to 48 hours. We do not take any responsibility for changes in fare while waiting for our options to be presented.
Identity verification: In some cases, we may require identity verification prior to using our service.
Credit card fee: If a credit card is the selected method of payment, there may be a fee of up to 4% added to the charge.
Third-party travel options: You acknowledge that travel options may be provided by a trusted third-party and that we may provide your contact details to that third-party for the purpose of arranging your travel.
Right to deny service: We reserve the right to deny servicing a request for any reason. In certain cases where we cannot match the published fare, we may include a booking fee which will result in a higher quote than the available public fare. The fee is a fee for fully servicing your reservation.
Mileage assessment: If you select the mileage assessment option, please note that the mileage value quotes received are associated with the reservation and may not be the same rate available if travel services are not provided alongside the sale of miles.
